1. Operator and agreement
This website is operated under the Array brand by an individual operator in Ontario, Canada. Array is the product and website name, not a separate legal entity, and is not currently incorporated. By using this website, you agree to these terms.
2. Prelaunch informational website
The website provides information about Array’s current status, planned pricing, available features, and roadmap. It does not provide a public installer, create user accounts, offer checkout, accept payments, issue licenses, or provide paid subscriptions.
3. Permitted use
You may use the website for lawful personal or business information purposes. You may not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious code, misuse its content, or use it in a way that violates applicable law or another party’s rights.
4. Product information
Product descriptions and planned pricing are provided for prelaunch information. Coming Soon and planned items are not promises of a release date, final feature set, or commercial availability. Information may be corrected or updated as development continues.
5. Independent product
Array is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Roblox Corporation. Roblox and related services are governed by their own terms, availability, and technical requirements.
6. Website availability and links
The website may be changed, interrupted, or withdrawn without notice. Links or references to third-party services do not imply endorsement, and the operator does not control those services.
7. Future software and subscription terms
Desktop downloads, checkout, paid subscriptions, and license activation are not currently available. Before they are enabled, the following terms will also apply: one Array installer will serve every plan; validated entitlement determines the plan allowance; Free supports up to two clients, Plus supports up to eight, and Premium has no ordinary Array plan-cap rejection; license keys and activations may not be shared, resold, bypassed, forged, or used to obtain a plan that was not purchased; and users remain responsible for their Windows device, Roblox accounts, network, and compliance with third-party rules.
Premium’s local PC recommendation is advisory. A user may continue once, decline, or continue and dismiss future ordinary recommendations. “No Imposed Limit” does not promise that every computer can successfully run an infinite number of clients. Separate critical Windows resource-exhaustion protection cannot be disabled and may pause new launches only when the system reports genuinely dangerous conditions.
Lemon Squeezy will act as merchant of record for enabled purchases. Subscriptions will renew for the displayed billing interval until canceled. Cancellation will prevent the next renewal and paid access will continue through the paid billing period unless the purchase is refunded, reversed, disabled for abuse, or applicable law requires a different result.
8. Updates and service availability
Array may require a current signed application version for security, compatibility, or entitlement validation. Updates may be interrupted or unavailable, and Roblox changes may affect compatibility. Array does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. An update will not be installed while Array is managing active Roblox clients or a launch batch.
9. Warranty and liability
The website is provided for general information on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, the operator disclaims warranties concerning the website’s availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the website. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by The laws of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Courts located in Ontario, Canada, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights that cannot legally be waived.
