1. Operator and scope
This policy applies to getarray.app, operated under the Array brand from Ontario, Canada. Privacy inquiries may be directed to the Array Privacy Officer at support@getarray.app. Array is not currently incorporated.
2. Website data
The website does not create user accounts, offer checkout, accept payments, provide a public installer, or use advertising or passive analytics. The homepage waitlist is an optional form. It stores your email address, your main workflow interest, optional approximate account-count range, and your separate choice about product updates. It does not ask for Roblox usernames, passwords, cookies, tokens, age, birth date, or Windows version.
We record when you submit, the form version, and whether you requested a release notification and separately opted into optional product updates. We use your email to send one waitlist confirmation after a new signup and the readiness notification you requested. We send product updates or launch offers only if you check the separate optional box. The box starts unchecked. An optional-marketing unsubscribe is recorded without removing your requested release notification. Secure unsubscribe links use a random recipient identifier, expiration time, and cryptographic signature instead of putting your email address in the link. The waitlist does not grant beta access or a place in a release queue.
If you arrive with ref or utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, or utm_content in the website URL, the form stores short, validated values with your entry to understand how people found ARRAY. Invalid or oversized values are discarded. The site does not add tracking cookies or third-party analytics for this.
The site stores a language preference in local browser storage and may store a prompt-dismissal choice for the current browser session. These choices remain in the browser and are not submitted to Array by the site’s scripts.
3. Ordinary technical processing
Cloudflare and other network providers involved in delivering and protecting the website may process ordinary technical information such as IP address, browser details, requested URL, timestamps, and security logs. Their handling of that information is governed by their own policies and applicable law.
The waitlist endpoint uses a short-lived, keyed representation of the connecting IP address to limit repeated submissions. The waitlist database does not store the raw IP address. Cloudflare may separately retain ordinary delivery and security logs.
4. Support email
If you email support@getarray.app, the operator receives the contact details and information you choose to include so the message can be answered. Do not send passwords, Roblox cookies, authentication tickets, payment information, private-server links, or other secrets. Support correspondence is kept only as reasonably needed to respond, maintain appropriate records, protect the service, or meet legal obligations.
5. Desktop licensing and purchases
Checkout, paid subscriptions, license activation, and public downloads are not currently active. Before those features are enabled, this policy will apply to the Array desktop licensing service as well as this website.
When paid checkout is enabled, Lemon Squeezy will act as the merchant of record and will process purchase, billing, tax, and subscription information under its own privacy terms. Array will receive only the purchase and subscription details needed to provide support and determine license status; Array will not receive or store full payment-card details.
When production license activation is enabled, Array will send the entered license key over HTTPS to an Array entitlement service delivered through Cloudflare. The service will use a keyed representation of the license, a pseudonymous installation identifier, the licensed product variant, activation status, and limited technical timestamps to issue and refresh short-lived signed entitlement claims. Complete license keys are not retained in the service database. License material stored on Windows is protected with Windows Data Protection API safeguards.
6. Retention and technical logs
Waitlist entries are kept while needed for the requested release notification and any optional updates, then reviewed for removal or a new, clearly explained purpose. You may ask us to remove your entry or stop optional updates at any time. Rate-limit records are temporary. Licensing records will be retained while needed to administer an active subscription, enforce activation limits, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, meet legal obligations, and support safe deactivation. Security and delivery logs may be retained for a limited period by Array or Cloudflare. Support correspondence is retained as described above.
7. Sale and advertising
The operator does not sell personal information collected through this website, and the website does not use information for targeted advertising.
8. Security
Reasonable safeguards are used for the website, but no method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed completely secure.
9. Your choices and contact
Every optional product-update email must include a working secure unsubscribe link. It turns off optional marketing while retaining the release notification you requested. To remove the complete waitlist entry or ask a privacy question, email support@getarray.app from the address you joined with. License deactivation will be available in Array so an installation can release its activation without exposing the complete key to the renderer.
10. Changes
This policy may be updated when the website or its information practices change. A revised effective date will be displayed when changes are published.
