1. Website operator
This prelaunch informational website is operated under the Array brand by an individual operator in Ontario, Canada. Array is the product and website name, not a separate legal entity, and is not currently incorporated.
2. No purchases or payments
The website does not offer checkout, accept payments, create paid subscriptions, issue licenses, or provide a public installer. Planned pricing shown elsewhere on the site is informational only.
3. No current refund process
Because the website does not accept money, there is no current purchase to cancel or refund and no refund request process applies to this prelaunch website.
4. Future subscription cancellation
When checkout is enabled, Lemon Squeezy will act as merchant of record. Customers will be able to cancel a subscription to prevent the next renewal. Paid access will ordinarily continue until the end of the current billing period. Cancellation is not the same as a refund.
5. Future refund policy
Except where applicable law requires otherwise, completed subscription payments will be non-refundable. Duplicate charges, unauthorized charges, technical failures that prevent delivery, and legally required refund requests will be reviewed through the merchant-of-record process. A refund, chargeback, or license disablement may end paid entitlement.
