What is Array?
Array is a Windows desktop app for organizing multiple Roblox accounts and Sessions. It helps you launch accounts, arrange Roblox windows, and see what is running from one clear place.
What can the Free version do?
The planned Free version supports up to 2 concurrent accounts, one saved Session, safe one-at-a-time launching, window arrangement, and a clear view of open Roblox windows. Checkout and public access are not live yet.
What is the difference between Free, Plus, and Premium?
Free is planned for up to 2 concurrent accounts. Plus is planned for up to 8 concurrent accounts with more saved setups, private-server launches, History, Diagnostics, and resource information. Premium is planned with no array-imposed account limit and the complete available Plus feature set.
Does Premium mean my PC can run unlimited Roblox windows?
No. Premium is planned without an account cap imposed by Array, but every PC still has physical limits. Hardware, network conditions, the Roblox experience, graphics settings, temperature, and background programs all affect capacity.
Does Array store my account information online?
Array keeps account, Session, and diagnostic data on your Windows PC. This public website has no account system and does not collect account information.
Can Array launch accounts into a private server?
Yes. A Session can keep a private-server destination with the accounts and layout that belong together.
What are Saved Sessions?
A Saved Session keeps a group of accounts, a game or private server, and a reusable window setup together so you do not have to rebuild it every time.
What are Running Clients?
Running Clients is the exact Array screen that shows open Roblox windows, which Session they belong to, and whether they are starting, in game, disconnected, or need attention.
Is Array Lens available?
No. Array Lens is Coming Soon. It is not included in any current paid promise.
Is Keep Alive available?
No. Keep Alive is Coming Soon while its recovery behavior is being reworked. It is not included in any current paid promise.
Is remote phone access available?
No. Array Remote View is a planned, read-only concept for checking Session health and status from a phone. It is not currently available and its first concept does not include remote controls.
Will Array control gameplay or play Roblox for me?
No. Array organizes accounts and Roblox windows. It does not provide gameplay automation, anti-AFK behavior, background botting, or unattended gameplay.
Can I cancel a paid plan?
Planned terms say you can cancel anytime to prevent the next renewal. Paid access continues until the end of the current billing period. Except where required by applicable law, payments are non-refundable. Checkout is not active yet.
Where can I get support?
Read the FAQ or email support@getarray.app. Discord can be added after an approved server URL is supplied. Array does not currently promise 24/7 or instant support.
Is a public download currently available?
No. A public installer, checkout, and licensing are not available from this website yet. Download links will appear only after the release is approved.
